Sales enquiry queries and FAQ
We predominantly supply orders to retail customers. We do not offer mail order catalogues / brochures. Everything we sell is shown on this website in as much detail as we have available. If you require a product that is not listed we can unfortunately not currently supply it.

Often products are returned when there is nothing wrong with them. Here is one typical example :
A customer may assume that because the mobile phone handsfree kit received is labelled as ‘Motorola V50’ it will not work with their ‘Panasonic X70’ - In fact both of these phones and several thousand others share exactly the same handsfree kit.
This is just one example, many products sold also share the
same universal nature. If it is labelled as something else please try it first.
Batteries which do not physically fit into your phone or will not charge - Many batteries are supplied with a thin film of clear plastic covering them. Please remove this before operation.
Data cables, unlocking kits and data suites do not physically fit your phone or will not operate - Please ensure you have removed any
transit blocks attached to the ends which are to prevent damage. Please also note that data products require software, where available software will be supplied - Without software a data cable will not function as there is no means of communication between the PC / Laptop and the mobile phone / PDA.
We do not ship unlocking goods, genuine car handsfree kits or mobile phones overseas. All orders placed for these products with an overseas
delivery address are automatically cancelled.
